My 1st ever visit to Sports Clips. I was very pleased with the service provided by Krystal. She took time to hear what worked best when it came to cutting my hair and give me the best haircut I've had in quite awhile. Thanks Krystal, I'll definitely go back again.

So my family came up to you last week, my father n law and grandson got haircuts, shampoo and a neck rub. I am like wow. That is awesome. So I drove an hour to get there. I was asked about the shampoo and said it was not necessary thinking it may save me a few bucks, but no neck rub. I paid $20 for a haircut I could have got down the road for $12 to $15. My guess is overcharging without delivering promises is going on around there. I will not be back and neither will my family. It is not about the neck rub but the principle of what you advertise (vaguely) and what you deliver!
